Meet Charlie, our resident Clouded Monitor Lizard! 🦎
He’s been a cherished member of our farm family for over three years now. Recently, Charlie decided it was time for a bit of a home upgrade—mostly because he’s been living the good life and outgrew his old spot! He’s moved into a spacious new tree crevice that comes complete with a round-the-clock insect buffet.
Charlie is as gentle as they come and a beloved fixture around here. Sweet dreams in your cosy new nook, Charlie! 💤✨

There is a special kind of magic in the morning routine here at the farm. It’s a joy to watch Ae head out with his sidecar companions—Eri and Meika—while Daisy the lab trots happily alongside, making sure no one gets left behind. And if you look closely into the shadows on the left, you might just spot Sam the cat watching over the whole procession. Just another beautiful, uncomplicated day on our farm!

We just wanted to show you a few photos of the upgraded Sunset Room Annex! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect spot. It’s fully self-contained and comes with everything you need to feel right at home, including your own kitchen and that lovely, long veranda—the best place to just sit back and relax!

Families are well looked after with a special bunk room for up to 3 youngsters or 2 adults, there’s a small private garden to enjoy and when it’s time to eat, the big, open-air sala is waiting for you; there’s honestly nothing quite like enjoying a meal out there while taking in the farm views. And for those moments when you need to jump online, we’ve made sure the cosy relax lounge has a strong, reliable Wi-Fi signal. We can't wait to welcome you to this little slice of heaven here on the farm!

We had a wonderful surprise this morning when we heard some loud jungle crashing at the back of The Farm House and to find a rather large girl had come to visit! She was very docile and very friendly so she must have taken a trek through the jungle and over the mountain from an Elephant Camp in the next valley. I think she was attracted by the scent of our buffaloes and we wished she could have stayed longer but we had to report her whereabouts to the National Parks who came and guided her back home!
A very beautiful and welcome guest indeed!

We've hung our new farm banner on the lower pasture fence on this side of the river. We think it looks brilliant and points the way to the main gate not that any of our guests could really get lost and need any more directions!

I really like this snap of young Keanu from Switzerland spending an evening in the company of some of the buffaloes! It's so cute and Keanu is so relaxed that there's a real connection here and the buffaloes obviously enjoy Keanu's company as well!
