Temples in Thailand organize "Wian Thian' which is a candlelight procession on the evening of
Makha Bucha
and commemorates the meeting of Buddha and his first 1,200 disciples.
...and so it was at our ancient temple, Wat Bua Nak, which sits on a hill adjacent to the farm.
An evening of meditation and Buddhist sermons, serenity and thanksgiving.
A very Thai and very wonderful occassion!
