Life On Our Farm

Naak & Nouy

The front lawn seems to have become a wallowing hole for Naak & Nouy our pink buffaloes! I can sit for hours watching them play in the mud. Naak especially is so affectionate and thrives on human company and likes nothing more than a big hug and a scratch around the ears! They have doubled in size since they came to the farm. They are completely free to roam the farm but always come when called. In a few months time we will try and find a young male so watch this space to see how our pink buffalo family grows!

Hi Ae, thanks for lunch, thanks to Joy! I would never believe that bufffaloes are that friendly. Naak is a sweetheart! Where are you going to get the bull from?

Hi Alley! Thank you for the comment! Good to see you. Nouy will get to be as good natured as Naak as time goes by but she is a bit younger and more shy. I have been to San Patong Market (one hours drive south west of here, three times now very early (5.00 am) on a Saturday but no luck.I have also asked around the plots of land in town where they keep cattle( don't ask) but again a baby boy pink buffalo is hard to find. Anyway it will happen when it is supoosed to but in the meantime I guess there will be lots of early Saturdays at the market! See you soon. Take care and best wish from us all. Ae

Keep up the great work! I'm grateful for the fantastic information you provided, which was exactly what I needed for my mission. Your approach of not only outlining the content of each blog but also delving into how it evokes emotions and influences creativity is highly appreciated. Thank you!
