Fare (..or what we kindly ask our guests to contribute!)
We sincerely enjoy the company of guests to share the farm with us. We are not a resort nor hotel nor guest house but a country farm high in the hills and jungle of northern Thailand. Therefore, the farm may not be as pristine as a five star resort but we really try our very best to make our guests as welcome and comfortable as we possibly can.
We also try to keep the costs to our guests to a minimum and the small excess goes towards the care and upkeep of our animals.
However as we are quite isolated (and during the rainy season very isolated!) and there are no eateries within 20 Kms, (except for Khun Jean’s Noodle Shop in our local village who offers quite excellent noodles at lunch-time!) we offer our guests a fully inclusive stay of three meals a day, afternoon tea and refreshments.
We therefore ask for relevant information before we can provide potential guests with an accurate costing. (i.e. How many adults; children and ages, which room would be most suitable; are transfers required etc) ...and seasonal premiums are minimal.
Alternatively you may be interested in our All Inclusive, off-peak, 3 night Farm Stay Package.

The following tariffs are for guidance only and are based on a daily, fully inclusive stay for two guests (adults and/or children) :

Please note that we have not made any changes to the farm Fare for 4 years but due to increase costs for almost everything from supplies and meals, laundry (which we have professionally cleaned in Chiang Mai), electricity supply, animal food and care, to the national Thai increase in salaries we regretably have had to adjust certsain aspects of what we kindly ask from our guests. These increases are minor but will help us maintain the standard of farm stay for our guests and we ask and are very grateful for your understanding.

-For each additional guests sharing the same room : For Guests 12 years or older please add 600 THB fully inclusive and for each child aged 3 years or older 400 THB. For youngsters under the age of 3 years please may we ask 200 THB each night.(just to help us cover the cost of meals and laundry). Thank you
-For single guests please deduct 400 THB from the above room rates.
- Low season : 1st March – 30th September. High season :1st October – 28th February
- Baby Cot - 2 sizes available on request - no charge, of course!
*The cost that we kindly ask for The Bunk Room is based on 2 adults or 3 children and may only be reserved in conjunction with The Sunset Room
*During the month of December we have to ask for a minimum of a 3 night stay. Thank you for your understanding.
*For guests who are only able to stay with us for one night please add 500 THB to the above listed prices in order to help us cover the extra cost of laundry and staff costs etc. For guests who can only stay for 2 nights please may we ask for an additional 250 THB each night on the above listed prices. For guests who are able to stay with us for 5 nights or more we are happy to extend a discount; please discuss at the time of your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Transfers
We really appreciate help with the running cost of the truck (or minibus and an escort should I not be able to meet you myself). We ask one of the lowest rates per kilometer in the area.
We would ask a standard transfer cost from Chiang Mai City, Airport or Rail Station each way to/from the farm for the transfer NOT per guest! The distance is 50 Kms and the journey takes about one hour. We use a comfortable farm truck (1,200 THB) but if that is not available or there are more than 4 guests then we will arrange a minibus for you (1,400 THB). The cost of transfers has recently risen due to the increase in the cost of fuel and insurance. Many thanks for your help!

Short Excursions (All these costs except, massage, are for the excursion NOT each guest!)
- An easy one hour trek further up the valley to some small waterfalls and truck transfer return to the farm or walk the return if you prefer A minimum 500 THB tip to your guide ( and driver) would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
- Return truck transfers (ands waiting time) to San Kamphaeng Hot Springs for a swim or soak we kindly ask 1,200 THB
- An afternoon/evening trip by truck into Chiang Mai to visit either The Saturday or Sunday Walking Street Markets and return to the farm including waiting time. 3,000 THB
- A full day trip by truck to Mae Rim to visit Tigers, Elephants, Hill-Tribe village and other attractions etc. 4,000 THB
- A Massage for you on the farm. It's an excellent massage and Khun Nee comes from a nearby village and charges 300 THB per hour.
- A Local Tour to places of interest including The Giant, Mae Khumpong Village & Waterfall & Royal Project. 2,500 THB
- For combining the Local Tour and a visit to San Kamphaeng Hot Springs 3,300 THB
- An exciting Jungle Zip Wire adventure
